Hello there, cool cats and kittens!

I know it's been a hot minute since I last posted, and I wanted to take a moment to fill you in on all the exciting things happening in my world.

First off, I've been riding a wave of creativity recently, thanks to some changes in my psychiatric medications. This newfound energy and calm have allowed me to dive back into painting and drawing, and I've been doing it almost every day! I even set myself a challenge to create something new for 100 days straight.

In between brush strokes, I've been busy with my social media accounts (which you can find linked at the bottom of the page or through the "quick links" menu item). I've been learning the ins and outs of capturing videos and photos for social media, which has been a fun challenge for this introverted artist.

I've also been pushing myself out of my comfort zone and sharing more about my personal journey. I believe that if we want to change the conversation around mental health, we need to be open about our own experiences. I hope that by sharing my story, I can inspire you to share yours, and together, we can build a supportive and understanding community.

On the business front, I've opened stores on both Redbubble and Etsy. Redbubble is a fantastic platform where artists can sell products featuring their artwork, like T-shirts, mugs, notebooks, and prints. On Etsy, I'm selling digital copies of my art and some downloadable resources.

On a more personal note, I've been focusing on my mental health and navigating the world of disability benefits. It's been a journey, but I'm hopeful that with the right support, I can get back on my feet, contribute more at home, and eventually return to work. I'm currently receiving treatment at an open psychiatric ward in Ichilov, one of the top hospitals in Israel. This short stay is all about rest, recovery, and receiving care from professionals who understand my unique needs.

As for the blog, I've got some exciting posts in the pipeline. I've been experimenting with Midjourney and chatGPT, and I can't wait to share my thoughts on these tools and their various use cases.
